Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition of items

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Email support@buckpaws.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
